Hirdeep Sanghera BDS (UNIVERSITY OF LIVERPOOL)

I qualified from Liverpool University in 2001. After completing my training in Welshpool, and staying on for a year as an associate, I moved back home to Birmingham and worked there and Dudley for another year until moving to Malvern in 2005.

I am very proud to carry on with the tradition of an NHS Dental Practice in Richmond Road in Malvern and constantly striving to improve the practice and the facilities we offer with our dedicated team. I am married with two children and live in Malvern. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and chopping wood for my voracious wood burner.

Michele Awuye BDS (UNIVERITY OF BIRMINGHAM)

I qualified from Birmingham Dental School in 1998. After moving to Malvern in 2007, I started working at Richmond Dental Practice where I have enjoyed continuing developing my career. I have had many years’ experience and continue to be enthusiastic about all aspects of general dentistry. I like to have a collaborative approach to the treatment of my patients so that together we can achieve the best possible dental outcome and experience. I am mindful that a significant proportion of patients are nervous to some degree from mild anxiety to dental phobia and am happy to address this in order to facilitate good oral health and on-going dental care. I am a mother to two young active boys and am also a keen fun runner.

Urszula Talecka GDS (BIALYSTOK)

I qualified from the University of Poland in 2001 and am an experienced Polish and English speaking NHS and cosmetic dentist.

I have developed a gentle and caring approach to dentistry with an emphasis on prevention. My strong interest is in tooth coloured fillings, porcelain crowns, bridges and teeth whitening which allows my patients a wide choice of affordable and comprehensive dental treatments that are tailored to meet their individual dental care needs.

I live with my husband and two young children in Malvern. Outside of work I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family, socializing with friends and visiting new places. I love going out to theatres and music concerts.

Navdeep Saini MDDr (PRAGUE)

Having qualified from Charles University in Prague in 2016 I am one of the new members of staff here at Richmond Dental Practice. Communicating to patients in Czech, whilst studying Dentistry was one of the proudest things that I have accomplished. However I am most proud of adapting in the new team setting here at Richmond Dental Practice.

I am a very friendly, outgoing and an approachable individual. When my patients enter the room with dental pain, they always feel confident, reassured and speak highly about my chairside manner, polite and much happier when they leave the room.

I have the drive to do well in my career in Dentistry and always want to excel to become the best that I can be and I am excited by the challenges that I face.

Laura Keates

I qualified as a mature student from Birmingham Dental School, and have remained in the Midlands since.

I have recently started at Richmond Dental Practice and am enjoying the atmosphere, patient-centred and friendly approach I have seen from all of the staff.

I enjoy all aspects of general dentistry and am looking forward to my time here in Malvern. I am very active and in my spare time I play rugby for the Worcester Warriors team.

I have been incredibly lucky that I’ve been able to travel a lot and have played all over the world. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family.

I am an ambassador for Dentaid The Dental Charity, and been working with them since 2021. They do amazing work both in the UK and abroad to provide dental treatment to anyone who struggles to access it, and work a lot with homeless and vulnerable people.

Teresa Yardley RDH University of Bristol

Starting my career as a Dental Nurse, I then went on to qualify as a Dental Hygienist at the University of Bristol in the year 2000.

I have gained many years of experience in private and NHS practice, one specialising in Implantology.

I am passionate about providing the highest standard of treatment and care for my patients and enjoy updating my skills and knowledge by regularly attending educational courses.

I am a trained first aider and support my local School in educating the importance of good oral health to the children.

Outside of work I enjoy spending with my two sons.

Anne Crawford DIP DH (University of Edinburgh)

I have worked in Dentistry for 23 years and qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2002 in the British Army. I then enjoyed serving in various posts within the UK for the next 5 years. My husbands work took us around the country allowing me to gain experience within various NHS and Private practices.

I joined the team at Richmond Dental in 2015 in order to expand a dedicated and customised hygiene therapy service to new and existing patients. I have a strong ability to work with adults who are particularly nervous and need extra care and attention.

Since settling in Malvern in 2014 we enjoy various outdoor activities while achieving a happy family/work life balance. I am also an avid long distance runner.
